Volume Two Author's Notes:

Time for another one of these. Hard to believe volume one is done! As always, what you're reading are essentially second drafts of the story, on a chapter-by-chapter basis. I still have a full time job, and don't get to edit these as thoroughly as I would like: and I still haven't taken the time to do a full scale read-through and edit of everything together. So please, if there's a typo that slips through, an inconsistency or a place where the story bogs down: leave a comment, and I'll see what I can do to fix it. In addition to constructive criticism I also enjoy reading people's reactions to and speculations about my writing, so feel free to use the comments for that, too.

Also as before: No claiming I stole from you if you post something in a comment and I fix up a post - or if you guess about the future in a comment, and happen to turn out to be right. ;) If you post something in a comment or email to me or through some other method designed to get it to my attention, you're waiving any claim to it insofar as my use of whatever you posted goes. I still don't really feel like that *needed* to be said, but I've seen enough similar warnings elsewhere to make me paranoid enough to post it, anyway.

And another thing:

The story as a whole is a 'work in progress,' meaning it's continuing to grow. I am voluntarily rating all volumes of it as 'M' from the outset, because I fully intend to include whatever I feel fits the story - even if events necessitating an 'M' rating won't necessarily work their way into any given volume. They might be in one, at some point, and so it behooves me to make my standing on the matter clear. Volume two isn't even done yet, so who knows what you'll end up reading? Consider yourself warned: IF you decide to continue reading, you are signifying that you are legally allowed to read anything of any nature that I might deign to post. IF you aren't of the legal age (or are simply too sensitive) to handle potentially graphic themes, you should look elsewhere for your fantasy/adventure fix.
